Experience
Jon joined Capsticks in January 2026 as a senior associate within the Regulatory team based in Manchester. He is instructed by Social Work England to undertake professional disciplinary investigations.
Before joining Capsticks, Jon investigated and prepared professional disciplinary cases brought by the General Medical Council and the Teaching Regulation Agency.
Jon has advised businesses and national sporting bodies and has acted for clients subject to investigation by healthcare regulators. In addition, Jon has represented clients in criminal defence matters and firearms licensing appeals.
