Jeremy is a Partner and Barrister in the inquest, advisory and public law team and an experienced advocate. He represents and advises clients on complex investigations and provides legal advice on a range of healthcare related issues. Jeremy has extensive expertise in healthcare regulation and professional discipline, having worked in this field for over a decade.
Prior to joining Capsticks Jeremy worked as in-house counsel for the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), presenting a broad spectrum of regulatory cases, including complex midwifery cases, fraud, sexual misconduct and abuse of vulnerable patients.
