Experience

Since joining Capsticks in 2017, Jack has worked with a wide range of regulatory clients, including the Health and Care Professions Council, the Teaching Regulation Agency, the General Dental Council, the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Jack has considerable experience of investigating professional disciplinary cases involving allegations of all types of misconduct and lack of competence. Jack was admitted as a solicitor, following a training contract with Capsticks, in March 2022.  

Expertise

Jack regularly works with clients and stakeholders to investigate and prepare fitness to practise cases for a number of regulatory clients. He is experienced at obtaining and advising on best evidence and supporting witnesses, registrants and third parties through the fitness to practise process.
