Hannah Chambers
Principal Associate
Hannah is a Principal Associate in the Claims Department and represents NHS Resolution in the defence of clinical negligence claims. She joined Capsticks in September 2018 as a newly qualified solicitor.
Experience
Hannah has extensive experience in managing a range of high value clinical negligence claims. She specialises in claims involving brain injury, birth injury, amputation and spinal injury. Hannah represents clients at both the pre-action stage and in litigation. She has represented clients at all stages of litigation, including at Trial.
Hannah is experienced in all forms of ADR, including mediation, and has dealt with a number of sensitive and high-profile claims.
