Experience
Gurpreet is an Associate in the firm’s Housing Management team and has over four years’ experience acting for local authorities and registered providers of social housing. She joined the firm in April 2025 and advises clients on a broad range of housing management issues, including access injunctions, possession proceedings, disrepair claims, complex ASB, Environmental Protection Matters and tenancy fraud matters.
Expertise
Gurpreet provides practical, solution-faced advice to her clients on all aspects of day-today housing management. She has particular expertise in regulatory compliance, the drafting and preparation of court applications and breach proceedings, disrepair defences and anti-social behaviour injunction and possession claims.
Gurpreet’s experience further extends to providing advice on the Equality Act 2010 and committal proceedings arising from breach of Injunctions.
