Gabriella is an Associate in the employment and pensions team advising on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters for a range of public sector and healthcare clients.
Expertise
Gabriella has experience in a varied amount of contentious matters from unfair dismissal to discrimination claims.
Whilst Gabriella’s passion is dealing in contentious matters she also has experience in providing non-contentious support to our clients including, disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, redundancies and drafting and advising on settlement agreements.
CSR activity
Gabriella is a member of the firm’s corporate social responsibility initiatives and undertakes volunteering activities in her spare time to support those suffering with dementia.
