Francesca has worked as a Defendant Clinical Risk Associate dealing with claims on behalf of the NHS since her qualification in 2000. Prior to this, Francesca completed her training contract at a Claimant clinical negligence firm in London and was also a paralegal at a leading Claimant clinical negligence firm in Manchester. She also has experience working in-house at a Medical Defence Organisation and an NHS Trust.
