Emma is a Partner within the Clinical Law team. She is a barrister with over 20 years experience.
Expertise
Emma supports our clients from the early stages of coronial investigations. She frequently advises on systems and operational issues at both an organisational and individual level. She is regularly instructed to provide advice in a number of different areas including internal disciplinary and SUI investigations, police investigations, conflicts of interest, implementation of learning, reputational risk and publicity management. She provides sensitive and pragmatic support to clients and their witnesses to best achieve the client’s desired outcome.
