David joined Capsticks in November 2026, having previously been a Senior Lawyer at the NMC in their Case Preparation and Presentation Team. David has considerable experience presenting cases before Fitness to Practise Panels. He has advised on and presented appeals before the County and High Court.
Prior to specialising in regulatory work David acted for companies & high net worth individuals facing allegations before the criminal Courts.
