Experience
Daisy is an associate in the Claims department, specialising in clinical negligence claims against NHS Trusts and GPs on behalf of NHS Resolution.
She joined Capsticks in February 2021 as a paralegal in the Claims department supporting fee earners with Early Notification Scheme cases. She trained at Capsticks and qualified into the Clinical Law team as a solicitor in March 2024.
Expertise
Daisy has experience dealing with pre-action and litigated clinical claims varying from low to high value across a range of medical specialties. Daisy also has experience with large group actions and has provided support to NHS Resolution on secondment.

Daisy is a member of the Claim’s Charity Team.
