Chloe is an Associate in the Employment and Pensions Department in Capsticks London office who handles a range of employment law matters for healthcare and public sector clients.
Expertise
Chloe has broad expertise in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters and has advised both private and public sector clients.
She has considerable experience in litigating claims in the Employment Tribunal, including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
Chloe also advises on non-contentious issues such as grievance and disciplinary procedures, sickness management, and general ad-hoc HR queries. She also advises on the drafting and negotiation of COT3’s and settlement agreements.
