Charlotte is a Senior Associate in the clinical law team in Leeds. Having trained at a leading defendant insurance firm, Charlotte qualified as a solicitor and joined the Capsticks clinical law team in September 2016.
Expertise
Charlotte specialises in clinical negligence claims, acting for NHS Resolution on behalf of Trusts throughout the UK. Charlotte deals with high value, complex litigation, including birth injuries, adult brain injuries, amputation, spinal injuries and fatal claims. Charlotte was mentioned in the Legal 500 2020-2021 results as follows: “excellent legal skills, sensitivity and commercial awareness, responsive and sensible.”
Charlotte has been a tutor on the Capsticks Diploma, has presented internally and externally and is a committee member for the Leeds & District Medico-Legal Society.
