Charlotte Ketteringham

Charlotte is an Associate in the Real Estate team at Capsticks in our Birmingham office. Charlotte joined Capsticks from an international law where she gained experience as a newly qualified solicitor acting for housebuilders, landowner’s, developers and commercial clients on various schemes across the UK.
Charlotte now deals with various matters relating to real estate transaction on behalf of NHS Trusts and other healthcare clients.
Charlotte has previously assisted on matters including the acquisition of land, sale transactions, freehold reversion, infrastructure agreements, substation transfers, licence agreements and leasehold and tenancy matters.
