Blanche is an Associate in the Claims Department, specialising in clinical negligence claims against NHS Trusts and GPs on behalf of NHS Resolution.
She joined Capsticks as a Paralegal in the Claims department in March 2024 and qualified as an Associate in March 2026. Blanche is also a tutor for delegates on the Capsticks Diploma in Clinical Risk and Claims Management.
Expertise
Blanche has experience dealing with pre-action and litigated clinical negligence claims varying from low to mid-value across a range of different medical specialities. Blanche also has some experience in large group actions and Human Rights Act claims.
CSR activity
Blanche supports the local ‘Gadget Workshop’, which supports older and vulnerable members of the community in navigating their devices.
