With a dual qualification as a solicitor and a lawyer in a civil law jurisdiction, Anda is the latest addition to our Corporate & Commercial division.
Before joining Capsticks, she practised for over ten years in leading law firm environments advising international clients in sectors such as energy, food retail and pharmaceuticals. During this time, she focused on legal due diligence exercises and strategy planning for M&A deals.
Expertise
In her most recent function, Anda developed a strong expertise in renewable energy projects, with a comprehensive understanding of how they operate across technical and commercial dimensions. She specialises in due diligence structuring and development of mitigation strategies, with a keen ability to identify potential risks early.
