Experience
Amy is an Associate in the Employment and Pensions Team in the London office. Amy’s experience includes advising a range of public sector clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a particular focus on advising healthcare providers.
Prior to joining Capsticks, Amy also gained experience in advising employers and high net-worth individuals across a wide range of sectors on a variety of employment matters and brings this experience to her role.
Expertise
Amy’s practice includes running a portfolio of Employment Tribunal claims on behalf of employers, defending a variety of claims including those for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
Amy also advises on a wide range of employment matters including grievance and disciplinary processes, the prevention of sexual harassment, pay disputes and general employment related queries. Additionally, Amy assists clients with negotiating and preparing settlement agreements.
