Experience
Amy is a Senior Associate in the Clinical Law team. She represents the NHS Resolution in claims brought against NHS Trusts, General Practitioners and GP practices and advises on a wide range of clinical negligence claims, including high value and complex claims.
Prior to joining Capsticks, Amy worked at other leading Defendant clinical negligence firms in London. Amy has experience of acting on behalf of the NHS Resolution, Hospital and Ambulance Trusts, GP practices, Private Healthcare Insurers, Medical Defence Organisations, individual clinicians, insurers and insureds in defending clinical negligence claims.
Expertise
Amy specialises in all areas of clinical negligence, including a broad range of high value and complex claims. These include claims involving obstetric, brain/ neurological injury and spinal injuries.
