Amita is a Senior Associate in the Regulatory team.
She has over 12 years' experience working in professional misconduct and disciplinary areas of law, specifically in health and legal regulation. She has worked within in-house legal teams at the Nursing and Midwifery Council, General Dental Council, Solicitors Regulatory Authority and Dental Protection. She also has experience assisting charities and addressing enquiries from the Charity Commission.

Amita has expertise in prosecution and defence work, on behalf and before regulators, disciplinary tribunals, high courts and working within various investigatory frameworks. She has successfully worked on high profile matters with vulnerable witnesses and sensitive allegations such as sexual misconduct, bullying and harassment.
