Experience
Amelia is an associate in our Housing and Regeneration team. She advises investors, property developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and housing associations on all aspects of property development within the social housing, special education and residential care sectors.
Expertise
Before joining Capsticks, Amelia practised at a law firm in Toronto, Canada, where she advised non-profit housing providers, local governments, and private developers on the acquisition, development and operation of social and affordable housing. She has also worked at a human rights’ organisation in South Africa focused on promoting access to housing.
