Experience
Ambika joined Capsticks regulatory team as a Senior Associate in August 2022, she has extensive experience of both investigations and hearings from her previous role at the Bar Standards Board. Prior to moving into regulatory and disciplinary work Ambika had a mixed civil/public law background with previous roles at the Mary Ward Legal Centre and the Legal Aid Board (now Legal Aid Agency).
Expertise
Ambika has particular experience and an interest in working with vulnerable individuals. Her experience includes investigations and hearings involving a wide range of cases including harassment, use of social media, health and dishonesty.
