Adele is a Senior Associate working in the Healthcare Advisory Team, specialising in inquests and Court of Protection matters for a wide range of health care clients. Having qualified in 2008 and working in the claims and insurance sector Adele moved to Healthcare in January 2023.
Expertise
Adele advises and represents healthcare professionals and organisations at inquests which includes Article 2 inquests and jury inquests, undertaking her own advocacy. Adele also advises on a range of mental capacity and mental health legal issues and has been involved in a wide range of Court of Protection health and welfare disputes.

- Completed a 12 month secondment for an NHS Trust
- Represented an NHS Trust at a two week inquest in respect of a child
- Provided advice to an NHS Trust in respect of a patient who had a complex discharge
