There will be an update from our clinical claims experts on potential COVID-19 related claims activity, including the impact of the pandemic on delayed diagnosis and treatment claims, implementing Phase 3 of NHS England’s response, and the potential for a public inquiry.
Our seasoned clinical advisory lawyers will then present a regulatory update relevant to the health sector arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic – including discussion about the CQC's approach to inspection, regulation and enforcement.
