Capsticks reappointed to the legal panel of the North of England NHS commercial procurement collaborative04/04/17
We are delighted to announce that we have been reappointed for a third time to the legal panel of the North of England NHS Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC). The new legal panel runs from April 2017 to March 2020 and will see Capsticks continuing to provide legal advice across a wide range of services for health and social care organisations, from its network of offices nationally.
NOE CPC ensures that aggregation and economies of scale from collaborative procurement are made available to its members in an increasingly commercial health sector. The organisation provides procurement and commercial advice to NHS members nationally, but particularly across the following regions:
- Yorkshire & Humber
- North East
- North West
- East of England
- East and West Midlands
Partner Rachael Heenan said “We are delighted to have been reappointed to the NOE CPC legal panel. Our clients and all NHS organisations are facing major financial challenges and need to achieve substantial efficiency savings. NOE CPC has ensured that the task of sourcing expert, value for money advice has been made considerably more straightforward and for us, being on a panel of pre-approved lawyers for NOE CPC’s member organisations means we can continue doing what we do best: providing specialist legal advice to a sector that has been our unerring focus for more than 30 years."
Capsticks will be providing a full range of legal services through the framework from its offices in Birmingham, Leeds, London and Winchester
