Capsticks started 2026 with their housing team securing a new tender win with Torus, having won a place on its legal framework alongside 10 other law firms. Capsticks have worked with Torus since 2021, this reappointment further establishes the firm as a sector leader in the social housing market in the North West of England. This is a four-year appointment with Capsticks successful in being appointed to all five lots.
The firm have been reappointed to:

• Lot 1 - Development and Specialist Property Transactions
• Lot 2 – Sales and Routine Property Transactions
• Lot 3 – Corporate and Finance

Capsticks have also been appointed to:

• Lot 4 – Employment and HR
• Lot 5 – Housing Management
