Simon specialises in all areas of housing, property and local government, having spent his first 11 years at the independent bar.  Simon has represented housing clients at all levels, from the County Court to the Court of Appeal, in cases involving anti-social behaviour (injunctions, committals and possession), through to leasehold and service charge disputes in the first tier tribunal and upper tribunal.  He has also worked on cutting edge tenancy policy and procedures advice.
