Capsticks advised Abri on the acquisition –of land to deliver 67 homes in Botley, Hampshire which will be affordable, comprising affordable rent and shared ownership tenures. This will bring much-needed affordable homes to the village, which has a population of just over five thousand,
The team worked with Abri on the land purchase at Boorley Green and the new homes will be delivered as a joint venture between Abri and Vistry Homes.

Abri is one of the largest housing associations in the south of England, with 40,000 homes and assets and 100,000 customers. 

 Construction, is due to start in early 2023 and is expected to take around three years to complete.
