Yasmin Khaira

Yasmin joined the Regulatory Team in April 2018, and currently works for a range of healthcare regulatory clients including the General Dental Council and the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Yasmin has extensive experience of investigating and preparing cases, including taking witness statements, managing witnesses, gathering evidence and drafting case reports and allegations. She has experience of dealing with high profile cases, complex clinical matters, fraud, criminal convictions and cautions and allegations against multiple registrants.
Yasmin has undertaken a secondment with the legal team at the General Pharmaceutical Council and this experience gave her an excellent understanding of the challenges facing a regulator.
