Wei is an Associate in the Employment and Pensions division based in our London office. Wei qualified in September 2024 and advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters for a variety of public sector clients, including health care clients.
Wei focuses on fostering strong relationships with clients to fully understand their needs and objectives.
Expertise
Wei has experience of assisting on a number of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including but not limited to, unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing, as well as day-to-day HR issues. Wei advises pre-claim and at all stages of the litigation process.
Wei also has experience drafting settlement agreements, COT3 agreements, employment contracts, service agreements, and HR policies.
Wei is committed to delivering pragmatic solutions tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout.
