Experience
Victoria is a Principal Associate in the claims team. Victoria specialises in defendant clinical negligence litigation, representing NHS Resolution and a number of NHS Trusts. She was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2015 through the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme (QLTS) after originally being admitted as a barrister and solicitor in her native New Zealand.
Victoria has experience managing litigation at all stages from pre-action to first instance trial. She has undertaken secondments at NHS Resolution, including in the Early Notification Scheme team.
Expertise
Victoria works on clinical negligence claims across the full range of medical specialities, and has particular experience in birth injury cases, complex Human Rights Act claims and spinal injury cases.
