Ryan is an Associate at Capsticks who specialises in property-related disputes and partnership disputes. He has experience acting for landlords and tenants across the full lifecycle of property disputes and litigated matters, ranging from pre-action work to court proceedings and final resolution (including both trials and mediated settlements). Ryan also has substantial commercial litigation experience that he leverages to help clients successfully resolve partnership disputes.
Prior to working at Capsticks, Ryan worked as an Associate in the litigation and dispute resolution team at a leading Queensland based commercial law firm in Australia. He has also worked as a lawyer at a leading Australian national law firm and as a commercial litigation paralegal at an international law firm.

Ryan has particular experience advising and acting for clients involved in contractual disputes, boundary disputes, easement disputes, breach of covenant disputes, disputed rent reviews and landlord and tenant disputes.
