Rebecca exclusively represents NHS Resolution and a number of NHS Trusts in the defence of clinical negligence claims. Rebecca manages a wide ranging caseload, in respect of medical specialism and value, and has experience in dealing with complex claims.
Rebecca has assisted her clients and developed her understanding of her clients’ working practices by undertaking secondments both as a trainee and following quantification.
Rebecca is a solicitor in Capsticks’ Clinical Law Department. Rebecca trained at Capsticks and qualified as a solicitor in the Litigation department in May 2016. Rebecca joined the Clinical Law Department in July 2017.
Before undertaking her training contract at Capsticks, Rebecca undertook a summer pro bono internship in Austin, Texas with the Texas Defender Service where she assisted Defence Attorneys with capital punishment cases. Rebecca also worked as a paralegal in Capsticks’ Clinical Law Department.
