Lauren is an Associate in our Corporate and Commercial team based in our Leeds office. She acts for both private and public sector clients on corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and joint ventures.
Expertise
Lauren has experience of assisting on a number of matters in relation to corporate transactions, restructuring and joint venture arrangements. Lauren has particular experience in relation to:
- Mergers and acquisitions pursuant to share transfers as well as asset transfers.
- Corporate transactions involving companies limited by shares and companies limited by guarantee, including advising on incorporating and dissolving corporate vehicles.
- Advising on constitutional documents, namely articles of association of companies.
- Advising on commercial contracts.
