Krystel has considerable experience dealing with both pre and post litigated housing disrepair matters, previously acting for tenants but now representing registered providers of social housing. Krystel manages litigated cases through to trial, including advocacy in case management hearings. Krystel also deals with breach of settlement claims, applications for access injunctions and Environment Protection Act prosecutions. She also has experience of complicated Leasehold claims.
