Kia is an Associate in the Real Estate department at Capsticks based in our Birmingham office.
Kia is involved in a wide range of transactions from advising NHS England on grant funding arrangements, to acting for NHS Trusts and Local Authorities in various commercial lease and licence arrangements, as well as acquisitions and disposals.
Expertise
Prior to joining Capsticks, Kia worked at a reputable, full-service regional high-street law firm where she trained in residential and commercial property acting for a range of clients.
CSR activity
Kia is an active member of the firm’s corporate social responsibility initiatives such as volunteering with St Basils, a charity providing accommodation and support services for young people across the West Midlands.
