Experience
Joanne is a Partner in our national Property Litigation team which forms part of our Real Estate Division.
She
has spent much of her legal career assisting public sector and quasi-public sector clients with a wide range of disputes relating to property and land:
from landlord and tenant matters to overcoming restrictive covenants, boundary disputes and adverse possession. She also has experience in disputes concerning highways, all set within a clear understanding of public sector powers and governance.
Expertise
In addition to spending more than 20 years working in private practice, Joanne gained a particular insight into the practical realities and pressures of local government decision-making, having spent several years working in the legal team of a county council. She prides herself on being an approachable lawyer.
