Experience
Jessica is an Associate within the Housing Management department. Jessica has been with Capsticks since May 2022, and since then has acted mostly for social landlords and has built up experience in a wide range of areas of housing management.
Expertise
Jessica advises Social Housing landlords on all aspects of day-to-day housing management duties. She has expertise in drafting and preparing applications for breach of tenancy injunction orders, and Anti-Social Behaviour injunction orders, with many of these being obtained on an emergency, without notice basis. Jessica has further dealt with cases where such injunction orders are breached, leading to contempt of Court proceedings. Jessica also regularly prepares and advises on complex possession matters, including defended succession proceedings and cases involving mental health issues.
