Jennifer Mone
Senior Associate
Jennifer is a Senior Associate in the Clinical Law department, specialising in clinical negligence claims against NHS Trusts on behalf of NHS Resolution. Jennifer joined Capsticks in 2017 as a paralegal and qualified into the claims team in 2021.
Jennifer has experience of a variety of high value clinical negligence claims including birth and spinal injuries, handling a wide range of pre-action and litigated cases across a range of medical specialties. Jennifer also has specific expertise in managing complex large group actions and sexual assault claims.
Jennifer has worked closely with NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts on secondment, supporting the management of inquests, claims and governance.
Notable projects
Middleton v Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust [2022] EWHC 2981 (KB) - successful defence of a claim in respect of an alleged delay in performing revascularisation surgery, also concerning resourcing issues.
