Flora is an Associate in the Employment and Pensions department at Capsticks’ London Office, specialising in handling a range of employment law matters for healthcare and public sector clients. Prior to joining the Employment and Pensions Team, Flora worked in Capsticks’ Regulatory Team having completed her training contract in-house with the General Dental Council, and so has experience in managing a range of fitness to practise investigations, presenting training, horizon scanning and delivering tailored advisory work.
Expertise
Flora currently manages a portfolio of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Flora defends claims brought in the Employment Tribunal including Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, Breach of Contract and Whistleblowing. Flora also has experience in advising on and negotiating settlements and drafting COT3s and settlement agreements. Flora also advises on a range of employment law matters including contracts, pay disputes, policies, redundancy, grievance and disciplinary procedures and general operational queries.
