Emily trained at Capsticks from September 2016, qualifying into the firm’s Employment department in April 2018.
Emily has experience in running Tribunal claims, including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract. Emily is also happy to advise clients in other employment-related enquiries and assist in the drafting of settlement agreements and COT3s.
