Elspeth is an Associate in the Real Estate Division and joined Capsticks in 2025. Over the course of her career, Elspeth has acted for a wide range of clients including dental practices, pharmacists and GP practices on a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions.
Expertise
Prior to joining Capsticks, Elspeth gained extensive and varied experience in residential property, specialising in transfers of part, rectifying title errors and new builds.
Elspeth transitioned to commercial property in 2023 and has extensive experience in advising clients on landlord and tenant matters and on acquisitions, disposals and refinancing transactions of commercial property.
Elspeth specialises in advising dental practices, pharmacists and GP practices on their property transactions including as a core part of wider business sales.
