David has 13 years’ experience of working in the defendant personal injury sector and qualified as a Solicitor in 2018.
Expertise
David has developed experience of handling a range of fast, intermediate and multi-track EL/PL, RTA and property damages claims for a range of defendant clients including public sector bodies, international insurers and Lloyds of London Syndicates. In addition to managing his own caseload of claims, David has assisted more senior colleagues with high value EL/PL CAT loss claims and has undertaken periods of secondment with international insurer clients.
