Experience
Chloe qualified as a Solicitor in September 2025 and works in the Advisory and Inquest team as an Associate at Capsticks. She completed her Training Contract at Capsticks having previously worked as a paralegal in the Advisory department.
Chloe deals with Court of Protection cases, inquests matters, mental health / mental capacity and general healthcare advisory queries.
Expertise
Chloe is involved in Court of Protection and Mental Capacity cases, including S21A and S15/16 best interest welfare applications and COPDOL11 applications and reviews. Chloe also has experience of assisting with and attending inquests and advising clients in relation to the Mental Capacity Act.
During her training contract, Chloe gained experience in clinical negligence claims and was involved in the management of these claims. Chloe has also worked on a number of secondments working closely with NHS Trust’s claims teams and developing experience and understanding of claims from a Trust perspective.
CSR activity
Chloe is involved in corporate social responsibility initiatives and in pro bono work, as well as being responsible for setting up the pro bono clinic and coordinating the involvement of other Capsticks pro bono volunteers.
