Charlotte is a partner in the claims team working on clinical negligence claims acting for NHS Trusts, other healthcare organisations, and NHS Resolution. Charlotte also handles inquests for NHS Trusts and emergency services.
Charlotte works on clinical negligence claims across the full range of medical specialities, and has particular experience in dealing with fatal, spinal injury and birth injury cases.
Charlotte specialises in high profile and complex inquests, inquiries and group action claims. Charlotte has led on the creation and administration of a compensation scheme on behalf of an NHS Trust with 250+ claims, as well as a group of claims and inquests linked to a clinician. Charlotte regularly advises Trusts and organisations on their internal investigations relating to significant concerns and the potential legal ramifications.
Charlotte also has experience in representing clients at mediations.

- Inquest into the death of DB (acting for an NHS Trust)
- Representing the London Ambulance Service in the Inquests following the terror attacks at Westminster Bridge/Palace of Westminster and London Bridge/Borough Market.
- Representing SASH in respect of a group of claims and inquests associated with urological cancer care.
- Representing Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust in the creation and administration of the DF Compensation Scheme
