Cara Jackson
Senior Associate
Experience
Cara is a Senior Associate in the Advisory team at Capsticks. She handles complex Court of Protection matters and Family Court matters for our various NHS clients. She also deals with General Healthcare Advisory queries and has particular experience of advising in relation to the Mental Capacity Act. Cara has a growing practice providing advice to Local Authority clients on matters relating to SEND and other education issues.
Expertise
Cara has previous external experience of local government, and in particular of providing advice in the field of adult social care. She also has a background in serious and catastrophic injury.
Before venturing into law, Cara worked in education and is a qualified teacher.
