Here he began to specialise in defending claims brought against NHS Trusts, on instruction from NHS Resolution, and also against GPs, on instruction from the MDU.

Andrew is an experienced litigator, with a keen eye for a defendable claim, with a number of trial successes for numerous NHS Trusts.
Andrew has carried out secondments to NHS Resolution, provided training both internally and externally on a variety of topics and lectures on the Capsticks Diploma.
