Alicia joined Capsticks in September 2025 as an Associate in the Employment and Pensions department. Alicia specialises in advising healthcare clients on employment law matters. Prior to joining Capsticks, Alicia worked and trained at Slater and Gordon Lawyers where she gained exposure to a wide range of employment matters both in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and County Court.
Expertise
Alicia has a breadth of expertise in contentious work for public sector clients, including handling claims for Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination and Unlawful Deductions from Wages. Alicia also advises on a wide range of employment matters such as disciplinary and grievance issues, whistleblowing, and managing sickness. She takes a sensible, pragmatic and commercial approach, and has experience in advising on and negotiating settlement agreements and drafting COT3s.
