Experience
Adam is an Associate in the Real Estate department at Capsticks based at our offices in Leeds and Manchester. He qualified in March 2026, having previously been a Paralegal and Trainee with the firm.
Expertise
Adam advises public and private healthcare clients including NHS Trusts, emergency service providers, charities, Integrated Care Boards and GP Practices on a broad range of real estate matters, including landlord and tenant matters (leases, surrenders, tenancies and licences), acquisitions and disposals, property portfolio management and reviews and estate regularisation. Adam also regularly advises on primary care matters including sale and leasebacks, leases, refinance and property elements on practice mergers.
CSR activity
Adam is an active member of the firm’s corporate social responsibility initiatives including the reciprocal mentorship programme. He also helps to organise and participates in events across the Leeds and Manchester offices and supports various internship programmes including mentoring the next generation of lawyers.
