Working with the Chartered Institute of Housing
At Capsticks we pride ourselves on being one step ahead and as part of this commitment we are delighted to announce that we are now working with the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) to provide regular updates, policy briefings and legal findings, via an exclusive membership portal called the ''Knowledge Hub''.
Capsticks and Chartered Institute of Housing collaborate to bring you the Knowledge Hub
The aim of this new portal is to improve knowledge by providing updates across many different housing specific areas as the housing sector continues to evolve, with a raft of policy changes, merger activity and build programmes underway. It provides practical information, in-depth case studies and an online network by which to connect to other housing professionals.
Capsticks' reputation in providing market leading advice
Capsticks' housing team has grown significantly over the last year with two equity partners and a total team of 12 partners and over 50 specialists. As part of our commitment to the sector we are always looking to provide the latest market information, case law updates and insights into how housing associations can overcome issues and explore new opportunities.
Recent articles we have written exclusively for CIH’s Knowledge Hub include:
- assignments & mutual exchange
- ending a tenancy
- death of a tenant
- fixed term tenancies
- rent arrears
- joint tenancies.
Our expertise in housing
