Capsticks Procurement Partner Mary Mundy (Chair) and Associate Mafalda Ribeiro will be joined by leading public procurement barrister Rhodri Williams KC from Keating Chambers where together they’ll address the evaluation and moderation of bids, focussing upon the importance of well drafted scoring matrices and how to apply such matrices correctly and compliantly.

This webinar is aimed at procurement professionals in the public sector. The session will provide practical tips and insights into the issues which our team come across again and again. Many of the points discussed will apply equally to procurements carried out under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Procurement Act 2023 and the Provider Selection Regime.
