In this masterclass they focused on what are often the most important and challenging decisions surrounding applications:

- What information is required before making an application
When an application is needed, the process of making an application can be difficult, with many requirements to consider. They explored this process, including the need for capacity evidence, thorough witness statements and care plans.
The masterclass concluded by considering some common misapprehensions about applications.
